Smart Contract

The source code for smart contracts is private at Nodex Pay. Nodex Pay are not intended to be called directly from smart contracts and are therefore private for security reasons.

This means that Nodex Pay must always be made from the web-based Nodex Pay dApps hosted by Nodex. Only operations from the applications/apis hosted by Nodex will be supported for business client configuration and others.

Meanwhile, the Nodex Pay protocol is constantly evolving. The following versions and their features are listed below.

Feb, 2023 - present

Basic Features for Business Clients

• Self-service v2 migration is available from the Nodex Pay business client console.

  • Once you migrate to v2, you will not be able to revert to v1

• Deployment to a network that accepts payments.

  • For new deployments, only V2 can be selected

  • The GAS cost for this has been halved compared to v1.

• Change the wallet address to receive sales

• Set the percentage of cash back for each payment.

  • This feature, which was implemented in v1, has been removed.

Basic Features for Payers

• Payers can pay on the network where the business client has set up payment acceptance

  • GAS reduced by 70% compared to V1
