Why can't I pay when I have enough tokens for the amount?

The price of crypto currency is constantly going up and down. Therefore, Nodex Pay multiplies the payment by the Slippage Tolerance. Therefore, if the payment token is just short of the payment amount, you may not be able to pay.

Can I make one payment with multiple tokens?

Why does it take so long for CEX to complete a deposit, but Nodex Pay completes payment immediately?

As of Jan 19, 2023, Nodex Pay does not take blockchain reorg into account and assumes payment is complete when tx is confirmed in the longest block. Therefore, the time to complete settlement is very short. On the other hand, there is a very rare case that the transaction may revert back to incomplete after the settlement is completed. Because it is so rare, at the time of writing, we have never experienced such an event with Nodex Pay. We plan to implement a reorg-aware payment method in the future. At this time, we are asking that payment rewind due to reorg be resolved through negotiation between the payer and business client at this time.

What will be the behavior when the payment expires?

If you are still on the payment screen just before Web3 Wallet is launched, when the expiration date expires, you will be taken to the following screen and will not be able to continue with the payment.

If the expiration date expires while waiting for payment execution approval on the Web3 Wallet, the wallet may alert you that the payment is likely to fail. If executed, the payment will fail.

When I tried to make a payment using USDT, I was asked to "approve" the payment twice. Why is this?

In the USDT of some networks, "cannot re-approve if allowance is not 0" is the specification. Therefore, if the allowance for your USDT Nodex Pay Protocol is lower than the amount of payment and is greater than 1, you must apply for approval to set the allowance to 0 in accordance with the USDT specifications, and you must also apply for approval to set the amount of payment to the allowance. In this case, the approval is required twice: once to set the allowance to 0 and once to set the settlement amount to the allowance, in accordance with USDT specifications.

In this case, please approve the first approval without changing the amount, and then approve the second approval with an amount higher than the settlement amount.
